This 20” prusik is made out of 1/2” multiline with a loop and backspace on one end and a plastic thimble on the other. Using a prusik along rope or cable creates friction and slows down the participants.

This specific prusik is used in the “Zip Cutaway Rescue” taught by Adventure Experiences. It can also be used as a zip inspection tether.
